Who doesn’t like KSR Group/Atlantic’s Cardi B at this point? From her big songs to her even bigger personality, you’re guaranteed to be entertained. As we approach the halfway point in 2018, it’s clear that there’s even more to like about the performer, as she dominates the sales and streaming charts with another pair of hits. Just over a week ago, she dropped a music video for the Bad Bunny and J Balvin-assisted smash “I Like It”, which has totaled a massive 54 million views on YouTube so far. As far as U.S. data, “Like” now ranks in the top five on Shazam (#4) and the top ten on Spotify (#8) and iTunes (#10), with a slightly lower ranking of #14 at Apple Music. If that wasn’t enough, two days later, she scored again with a feature on the updated version of “Girls Like You” by 222/Interscope’s Maroon 5, a collaboration that’s still at #1 on iTunes and out-selling the title at #2 by a 2-to-1 ratio. Globally, “Girls” attracted a lot of girls and boys to download it, reaching the all-genre list in 103 territories and going to #1 in 63 of them. Now with a combined 17.5 million streams on Spotify, 47 million views on YouTube and ranks of #11 and #76 on Shazam’s Future Hits and U.S. lists, respectively, the stats are sizzling, much like the readings on your thermometer. There’s definitely a lot to like about these new hits! (Images courtesy of 222/Interscope, KSR Group/Atlantic Records and YouTube / @Cardi B)
