After conquering the global charts with “I’m The One” last summer, We The Best/Epic producer DJ Khaled has brought together his posse of Justin Bieber, Chance The Rapper and Quavo for a second hit that’ll rule the pools for the end of the season. It doesn’t take a lot of deep thought to see that “No Brainer” is a winner, having recently jumped to #1 on iTunes in the U.S., though it’s since been knocked down to second place by one of the DJ’s old collaborators: YMCMB/Republic’s Drake with “In My Feelings”. Overall, the hit charted in 103 countries at its peak, going to #1 in 47 of them, while a clean version of the song also charted here, reaching the top 70 before its inevitable descent. (With this kind of action, it’s looking at a potential top ten entry on the next Hot 100 chart update.) “No” remains at #3 and #4 on the Global and U.S. charts at Spotify, and #1 on their Viral equivalents, respectively, rising to 18.4 million plays since Friday. It also appears on Apple Music’s main chart (#6) and YouTube’s Trending list (#32, after a #1 peak), with a music video at over 33 million views, while entering at #2 and #12 on Shazam’s Future Hits and U.S. lists with 180,000 tags.
