Nothing breaks like a good old-fashioned hit, and the current collaboration from RCA labelmates Mark Ronson and Miley Cyrus is definitely one of them. Taking the wheel and hitting the gas, “Nothing Breaks Like A Heart” and its memorable video are all over the charts on several platforms. In the U.S., the song got to #3 on iTunes, just one of the 83 countries where it entered the all-genre list, reaching the top five in 61. “Nothing” is also currently charting in nearly three dozen countries on Shazam and 45 on Spotify, with a solid 112,000 tags at the former and 11.7 million plays at the latter. In the U.S. alone, the single ranks at #77 at the former and #35 at the latter, with a minor entry inside the top 200 (currently #139) at Apple Music. The music video for the emerging song has also garnered a lot of attention by fans and critics alike: it sits at more than 14 million views on YouTube, with plenty of potential to grow quickly through next year. Will it give Ronson and Cyrus their biggest global single yet? “Nothing” is more exciting to check out.
