“Good” just got better for YMCMB/Republic’s Nicki Minaj with the debut of her remix for “Good Form” with labelmate Lil Wayne, a new addition to her Queen album. The original version of the hit, which is north of 17.1 million plays at Spotify and just over 98,000 tags at Shazam, remains solid on the larger streaming services, though its remix is doing fairly well in the market too. Upon release, the updated version charted in 60 countries on iTunes, reaching a peak of #8 on the U.S. chart, one of 28 countries where it landed in the top ten. Though the tune recently cleared two million plays on Spotify, neither version of “Good” is currently in the top 200 in the U.S. on the latest update and it’s just outside the top 100 (currently #124) on Apple Music. Luckily, the YouTube data for the former Trending clip is pretty substantial: 30 million views over the last week or so, which is a lot of eyeballs checking out the collaboration. As the remix begins its run at radio, one thing is for certain: these two artists have a formidable hit headed into 2019.
